EarthFair Exhibit Space Description

EarthFair exhibitors must choose one of six basic exhibit configurations:

  • A 10' X 10' Table Space includes: a 10' X 10' space, a 8' X 30" table, a tablecloth, two chairs and an organization or company name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).
     
  • A 10' X 20' Table Space includes: a 10' X 20' space, two 8' X 30" tables, two tablecloths, four chairs and an organization name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).
     
  • A 10' X 10' Booth Space includes: a 10' X 10' canopied top (8' high at sides, about 10' high in center), full height curtained backdrop and 3' side curtains, an 8' X 30" table, a tablecloth, two chairs and a name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).
     
  • A 10' X 20' Booth Space includes: a 10' X 20' canopied top (8' high at sides, about 10' high in center), full height curtained backdrop and 3' side curtains, two 8' X 30" tables, two tablecloth, four chairs and a name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).
      
  • A 10' X 10' Food Booth Space includes: a 10' X 10' canopied top (8' high at sides, about 10' high in center) with screened-in sides, pass-through window, and flooring, an 8' X 30" table, a tablecloth, two chairs and a name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).
      
  • A 10' X 20' Food Booth Space includes: a 10' X 20' canopied top (8' high at sides, about 10' high in center) with screened-in sides, pass-through windows, and flooring, an 8' X 30" table, a tablecloth, two chairs and a name sign (6 high" x 28" wide).

In addition to one of these basic configurations, you can purchase:

  • Additional 10' x 10' Space (without any tables, chairs, etc.) adjacent to your basic exhibit space
      
  • Additional 10' x 10' Space with Booth (including boothing but no tables, chairs, etc.) adjacent to your basic exhibit space
      
  • Extra tables, chairs, and namesigns

Consistent with our long-standing tradition of making the EarthFair affordable for all types of organizations while still being able to cover our costs, exhibit pricing depends on the your organization's category and it's size.

Basic Exhibits - Non-Profit Categories
This category includes registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporations and unincorporated public-benefit organizations such as schools, churches, volunteer groups, political parties, and in some cases individuals. (Unincorporated organization participation at non-profit rates is subject to EarthWorks approval.)

Small Non-Profit Organizations
This category includes organizations whose gross annual expenses are less than $150,000
