EarthFair Exhibitor Registration is Closed
We are no longer accepting new applications for EarthFair 2008.
If current exhibitors withdraw, we will replace them with exhibitors on our waiting list. If you wish to be added to the waiting list, you may fill out an Exhibitor Application. However, be aware that it is unlikely that you will secure a space at this year's event.

EarthFair Goes Paperless
This year, for the first time, San Diego EarthWorks will be handling all EarthFair Applications via a new on-line registration system. Exhibitors will be able to fill-out their Exhibitor Application on our website, review and change their application at any time, and can download their event logistics information before the fair. The savings in postage and wasted paper will be substantial. And, by not having to re-type your information we expect to provide a higher level of service.
To use the system, you do need to have an email account that you use regularly. If you don't have or use email, please call the office at 858-272-7370.
- March 31, 2008: Last day to register without incurring a $35 late registration fee
- April 11, 2008: Last day to register as an exhibitor
Supporting Materials
Since we're not mailing the usual packet of information, we recommend that you review the following documents. If you have exhibited before, you will find this familiar. If you have not exhibited before, please look it over carefully; you will need this information to complete the application.
- About Exhibiting at EarthFair. Read this if you haven't exhibited at EarthFair before.
- Exhibit Space Description and Pricing. This year's basic exhibit configurations and prices. We've also provided some new options that will increase your flexibility. Although our material costs have increased about 15%-20%, our price increases are in the range of 2% to 7%.
- EarthFair Participant Guidelines. As part of the application process you will be required to agree to comply with these rules and guidelines. Please read them carefully.
- Food Vendor Guidelines. This should be read by any exhibitors who plan to distribute food or beverages at EarthFair.
Using the Registration System
The first step in using the system is to register as an Associate. You will provide your basic contact information (name, address, email, etc.) and give yourself a login name and password.
Once you have registered, you can use your login name and password to login to your own account, review and change your application, and download your logistics information before the fair.
If you have exhibited before, we have already created your account. If you have not already received your login information by email, please call the office at 858-272-7370, or send email to ef08exh@earthdayweb.org. Alternatively, you may be able to retrieve your account information by entering your email address in the login page; it will be emailed to you.
This new registration system is secure; your account can only be accessed with your login name and password. And, as always, we will never provide your personal information to any other organization without your permission for any reason, ever, period.

This registration system is a rather large piece of new software that has taken me about a year to create. While we've made it as complete as possible, and tested it in-house, no doubt some of you will encounter problems.
